We generally do not offer a full refund for in-app purchases within our gaming services. We ensure transparency in all transactions to reduce the chance of misunderstandings. If you are not satisfied with an item you have bought and have not used it, you can submit a refund request within two business days. If the request is denied due to service usage or baseless refund claims, no refund will be issued.

Refund eligibility expires after the two-business-day window.

distribute prizes for the current round

The prize pool for the canceled round is shared equally among players from the last completed round. Prizes in the form of tickets are given to these qualifiers if applicable. The same applies to the prize pool for any unfinished rounds.

cash tournaments

Service charges are taken only from the entry fees of players eliminated until the last completed round. The rest of the pool is divided equally among qualifiers from that round. Ticket prizes for the canceled round are awarded to these qualifiers.

deals rummy cash games

For a canceled Deals Rummy Cash Game, the total entry fees minus the service charges from the fees of eliminated players are distributed equally among the remaining participants. If cheating or collusion occurs, the non-offending players are refunded their entry fees, while the fees from the offending players are managed according to the Terms and any necessary action is taken.
