Please be aware that following modifications to the Telangana State Gaming Act 1974, online skill games for prizes are outlawed in Telangana. In response, we have terminated the provision of prize-based online games in this region. Our services are also unavailable in Nagaland and Sikkim. Users who access our services from regions where such games are prohibited bear full legal responsibility, and we reserve the right to seize any funds remaining in their accounts.

You confirm that you are not accessing the Services from outside India, or from the Indian states of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Sikkim, and Nagaland, for the purpose of playing Games on RummyPlaza.
USER COMMITMENT
You are obliged to provide accurate and complete information during registration and ongoing use. It is your responsibility to verify that participation in Games is lawful in your jurisdiction. If you are not legally permitted to carry out transactions in Indian Rupees or are accessing our services from a restricted location, you are not allowed to participate in Games.
You affirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of transacting, and conscious of the financial risks of our Games. You assume all risks of financial loss and agree to hold us harmless from such claims. You attest to having the requisite skills and knowledge for the Games and accept all consequences of your participation.
You are accountable for any content you contribute to the Portal and grant us the rights to utilize such content. You must possess or hold rights to any submitted content. We may document user communications as part of our Services. We are not responsible for any inability to play a Game, and we adhere to FATF guidelines, which you are also obliged to follow. You declare that you are not a politically exposed person, have no criminal record, and are not connected with entities on the UN Sanctions List.
